Urania – Oatmeal Stout – 33cl

Very elegant beer in the glass, with fine and lasting beige head. The dark brown colour reveals its clarity in backlight.
The nose reveals the roasty and slightly smoky notes of the malts.
The mouthfeel has a sweet, velvety entrance with a slight nuance of bitter and acid notes that recall pure liquorice. The light body and dry finish make this an extremely smooth drink.
Urania, muse of Astronomy, represents the sky, whose colour at night recalls that of this beer. Its intensity can be compared to that of the darkest nights.

Legume soups, smoked dishes, barbecued white meat, chocolate sweets, tiramisù.
